After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1988, Jeff began his career with PwC in Hartford and has worked there for the past 24 years. With 169,000 employees in 154 countries, PwC is the largest professional services firm in the world. Jeff was admitted to the partnership in 1999 as a part of the Financial Services Practice. Over the course of his career, Jeff has served on some of the largest and most complex insurance clients of PwC including CIGNA, Prudential, XL Capital, and many more. Jeff also serves as PwC’s Insurance Internal Audit Services Leader, overseeing PwC’s internal audit services to industry clients throughout the US.
Jeff has always been a strong supporter of UConn. He has been actively involved in PwC’s recruiting efforts since 1999 and is currently responsible for those recruiting efforts as well as PwC’s overall relationship with the faculty of the Accounting Department. PwC has expanded its focus at UConn and currently hires 50 students per year. Jeff has broadened PwC’s relationship beyond the traditional recruiting process. He has assisted in obtaining faculty grants and worked with the faculty and the Alumni Development Office to devise and host several unique events to promote UConn and foster UConn’s relationship with its alumni. Jeff graduated from UConn with a BS in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. He is a CPA and a certified Health Insurance Associate.
